Solar Seminar Sept. 8 East Hartford

A Seminar on " What is needed to make Solar Energy Utilization more widespread and effective ? " will be held on Saturday, Sept. 8 at 2 pm at the East Hartford Public Library, 840 Main Street, East Hartford, Conn. featuring presentations by David Henri on " The Example of the PV Initiative in California " and Eugene DeJoannis on " The Example of the German Solar Industry " and Contributions by other speakers.
