December Daffodils?
The bright yellow blooms have appeared in Wales, leading to concern for the seasonal cycle. Read about it at BBC news.

It's December 31, 2006 and I have Daffodils and Mums peaking through the soil... did I mention I live in Michigan! (Sterling Heights… northwest of Detroit) However no crocuses? I'm assuming this unseasonable weather will weaken if not kill these plants? Can anyone advise me how this will effect the life cycle of the Daffodils and Mums? Also why has the cooler and now warmer weather not caused the crocuses, which typically sprout first, to show up?
